neither用作形容词，透露表现“二者都不”，置于双数名词之前。neither用作代词，透露表现“二者都不，单方均不”。neither用作连词，经常使用短语为neither...nor...，透露表现“既不……也不……”。
neither用法有哪些
1、做副词，意为“也不”，此时相当于nor。
经常使用布局为1“neither+结合动词beam,is,are/助动词do/does/did/情态动词should, will, must, can, could and so on+主语”透露表现“……也不”此时，可用nor更换，这是一个倒装布局，透露表现后面否认的环境也同样属于后者。
eg: Tom isn't a teacher, neither is Mary. 汤姆不是教师，玛丽也不是。
2 "neither…nor…"意为“既不……也不……”用于否认两个并列的成份，谓语遵循“就近原则”。
eg: He likes either apples nor bananas. 他既不爱好苹果也不爱好香蕉。
2、作代词，意为“二者都不”，反义词为both，经常使用布局为“neither of+主语+谓语可单可复”。
eg: Neither of us have/has a basketball. 我们都没有篮球。
3.作形容词，意为“二者都不的”，后跟可数名词的双数方式，作主语时，谓语动词用双数方式。
eg: Neither girl is right.两个女孩都不合错误。
